Who operates Sublime Anatolia?
Sublime Anatolia is the trading name of a company registered in England & Wales — full registration details are in the footer of this site. We arrange stays with independent, vetted hotels across Türkiye on behalf of international travellers.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed by a leading third-party payment provider using industry-standard encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
How and when do I receive my booking confirmation?
Once your payment clears, we email a written confirmation setting out your reservation details — normally within 24 hours. That confirmation is your proof of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations 14 days or more before check-in, and a 50% refund from 7 to 13 days before. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full terms, which are always confirmed in writing before you pay.
What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown and charged in USD, EUR or GBP, as stated in your quote and at checkout.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your quote is all-in for the stay described. Anything not included — flights, some transfers, or personal extras at the hotel — is stated clearly before you book, so there are no surprises.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Sublime Anatolia Ltd (we, us, our), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17411398, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, trading as Sublime Anatolia. By using this website or making an enquiry or booking through us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our role

We arrange accommodation with independent hotels and properties in Türkiye on your behalf. The hotel is the provider of the accommodation and any on-site services. We act as an intermediary that selects properties, agrees rates, collects payment and confirms your reservation with the hotel.

3. Enquiries and quotes

An enquiry is not a booking. Availability and prices are confirmed only in a written quote from us. Quotes are valid for the period stated in them and are subject to the property remaining available until payment is received.

4. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only once we have received full payment (or the deposit stated in your quote) and have sent you a written confirmation. Payment is taken by card through our third-party payment provider in the currency shown at checkout. You confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them. Prices include the services described in your quote and confirmation; anything not listed is not included. Your booking confirmation is delivered by email, normally within 24 hours of your payment clearing, and serves as your proof of booking.

5. Prices and currency

Prices are quoted in USD, EUR or GBP as stated at checkout. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion or fees for which we are not responsible.

6. Changes and cancellations

Cancellations, amendments and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before you pay.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate guest names, dates and contact details; holding valid travel documents, visas and travel insurance where required; and complying with the hotel's own rules and check-in requirements.

8. Liability

We arrange your stay with care, but the accommodation and on-site services are delivered by the hotel. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of the hotel, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

Sublime Anatolia Ltd, trading as Sublime Anatolia, is the controller of the personal data you provide. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: hello@sublimeanatolia.com.

2. What we collect

We collect the contact details you give us (name, email, phone/WhatsApp); booking details (guest names, dates, destination, preferences); correspondence between us; and limited payment information — full card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

3. How we use it

We use your data to respond to enquiries and prepare quotes, to arrange and confirm your booking with the hotel, to take payment and issue confirmations and receipts, and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the hotel you are booking, our payment provider, and professional advisers or authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

5. International transfers

Because your stay is in Türkiye, some details (such as guest names and dates) are shared with the hotel there in order to fulfil your booking.

6. Retention

We keep booking and payment records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes, and delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy sets out how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made through Sublime Anatolia. The terms that apply to your booking are always confirmed in writing in your quote and booking confirmation before you pay.

1. Standard cancellation terms

Unless your booking confirmation states that a non-refundable rate applies, cancellations are handled as follows, based on the number of days between your written cancellation request and the check-in date:

  • 14 days or more before check-in — full refund.
  • 7 to 13 days before check-in — 50% refund.
  • Fewer than 7 days before check-in, or no-show — no refund.

2. Non-refundable rates

Some properties and promotional rates are non-refundable from the moment of booking. Where this applies, it is stated clearly in your quote and booking confirmation before you pay, and it replaces the standard terms above.

3. How to cancel

To cancel, email us at hello@sublimeanatolia.com quoting your booking reference. Your cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your written request.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation, in the same currency as the original payment. How long the funds then take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Changes and amendments

To change your dates, room or guest names, contact us as early as possible. We will always try to help; amendments are subject to availability and to any difference in price or the property's own amendment terms.

6. Cancellations by the hotel or by us

In the rare event that a property cancels a confirmed booking and we cannot arrange an equivalent alternative that you accept, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us for that booking.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer law.
